Due to a reactivation error, a well-know digital agency / publisher group has lost delivrability in Yahoo domains, accounting for more than 30% of business revenue.
SOLUTION
The solution included switching to a new ESP, warming up new IPs and sending domains, implementing better visualization tools, training the team, and we got Yahoo back to the previous level of clicks, also sending fewer emails, due to optimizations and hygiene of the list.
INITIAL PROBLEM
After a costly user activation error, a large FMGC company was having serious problems delivering emails within Microsoft domains.
SOLUTION
In 6 months wehave solved the deliverability problemand we have increased the number of active users going from 4-5% to 14%. We also implemented technical changes, created a Dashboard in Tableau, and helped them get back on the expected growth curve.
