High-volume deliverability.
For large senders who depend on email as a revenue channel. Reputation, authentication, bounce management, throttling per mailbox provider, list recovery. We work with SNDS, Google Postmaster, internal tools and our own VDMS platform. (The full deliverability offering lives in Sendability.)
Human and AI content production.
We operate the BrandExpand engine for clients who need to produce editorial, commercial, or technical content at speed without losing voice or judgment. Humans edit, agents propose, the system learns.
Data pipelines and reporting.
We maintain the data flows we design in production. Dashboards that update, alerts that fire on time, reports that reach whoever needs to act.
Agentic operations on our own P&L.
Throwback Traits is our own Amazon FBA business, where we test agentic operations patterns on inventory we own before recommending them to clients. It is the laboratory.
How an operating relationship works.
Operating relationships have a monthly retainer with clear SLAs: response time, metrics we monitor, reports we deliver. There are quarterly reviews to look at what is working, what needs adjusting, and what needs a larger iteration. Most clients who operate with us have been with us for more than three years. Continuity is part of the value.
