Nestlé needed robust, scalable email infrastructure capable of delivering hundreds of millions of transactional and promotional messages per year across multiple regional markets, while maintaining inbox placement rates above 95% with the major ISPs.
The Approach
Data Innovation designed a dedicated IP architecture segmented by send type and volume, implemented DMARC, DKIM, and SPF policies across all sending domains, established ISP feedback loops, and built a real-time monitoring layer using Mautic and custom log pipelines to detect deliverability degradation before it reached the inbox.
The Outcome
Inbox placement rates stabilized above 96% with Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. IP reputation scores (measured via Senderscore and Postmaster Tools) moved from the 75-80 range to consistent 90+ readings within 90 days of the new architecture going live.
